What we help with

Common reasons patients come in

Pain has a way of taking over your day. Here are some of the problems we see most often.

Low back pain

From a nagging ache to pain that stops you in your tracks — including problems like bulging discs.

Sciatica

Pain that travels from the low back down the back of the leg, often when a nerve is irritated.

Neck pain & stiffness

Stiffness and pain from long days at a desk, looking down at a phone, or sleeping wrong.

Headaches

Headaches that seem to start in the neck and shoulders are one of the most common reasons people try chiropractic.

Joint pain

Shoulders, hips, knees, feet — joints that ache or don’t move the way they should.

Injuries

Recovering from a fall, a work injury or a bad cycling crash. Hurt playing sports? See sports injury care.

Our approach

How we help you feel better

  1. 1

    Listen & examine

We start with your story — where it hurts, when it started and what makes it worse — then look closely at your spine and how you move.

  2. 2

    Adjust

Precise, hands-on adjustments help restore motion and alignment where your spine needs it.

  3. 3

    Support

Guidance on movement, nutrition and rest helps your body heal and makes your progress last.

  4. 4

    Stay well

Once you’re feeling better, occasional wellness visits help keep you there.

What is chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a health care profession focused on the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and how problems there affect your overall health. Chiropractic care is hands-on and drug-free: your doctor finds areas of the spine that aren’t moving or lining up as they should and uses adjustments to help correct them.
